DCM commemorates Martin Luther King's birthday 

January 15, 2007

Chargé d’Affaires Judith Cefkin commemorated Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 15 with the Mayor of Tuzla in front of a bust of the civil rights leader that the Embassy donated to the city of Tuzla in 2003. The Chargé delivered remarks that emphasized King’s principles of justice, tolerance, and equality, and his global legacy as an advocate of nonviolent social change.
