Ambassador Attends Ceremony Marking Donation To BiH State Border Police

On June 5, 2007, Ambassador Douglas L. McElhaney attended a ceremony marking both a USG donation through the EXBS (Export Control and Border Security) program to the BiH State Border Police and the graduation for four BiH State Border Police officers who recently attended an Advanced Small Boat Operators course on Lake Skader in Montenegro. The event was hosted by BiH Minister of Security Tarik Sadovic, and attended by BiH State Border Police Director Vinko Dumancic and Deputy Minister of Security Mijo Kresic.
