On October 4th at the U.S. Embassy, Ambassador English met with four American high school students, one teacher, and two program coordinators from the state of Delaware currently visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the State Department-sponsored Youth Leadership Program (YLP). This was the first time American high school students had visited BiH through the YLP.
