Exhibit "America Through Our Eyes" opens in Doboj

On Tuesday, June 23 U.S. Embassy Attaché for Culture, Ronald E. Hawkins Jr., opened an Embassy-sponsored photo exhibit “America Through Our Eyes,” a display of the American landscape taken by US diplomats in BiH, at the American Corner Doboj. The exhibit is a unique opportunity for U.S. diplomats to share their culture with host country nationals through art.
The photos were taken by diplomats, by the people who work in our Embassy. Our idea is to share with you the American culture seen through our eyes. We took those photos in the US, in the places in which we live. They show the landscape and also the monuments that are known to everybody, and also America as we see it”, Ronald E. Hawkins, Jr. announced at the exhibition.
