“Combined Endeavor 09” Closes in Banja Luka

Admiral James G. Stavridis, Supreme Allied Commander, Europe and Commander, United States European Command, Zeljko Komsic, Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Haris Silajdzic, Member of the BiH Presidency, Charles L. English, US Ambassador to BiH, Selmo Cikotic, Minister of Defense of BiH, LT General Miladin Milojcic, Chief of Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the BiH Armed Forces Unit which took part in the Combined Endeavor 09.
Combined Endeavor 2009, which was run by the United States European Command and was held for the first time in its history in a non-NATO country, concluded on September 17, 2009 with a ceremony attended by Admiral James G. Stavridis, Supreme Allied Commander, Europe and Commander, United States European Command, Zeljko Komsic, Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Haris Silajdzic, Member of the BiH Presidency, Nebojsa Radmanovic, Member of the BiH Presidency, Charles L. English, US Ambassador to BiH, Selmo Cikotic, Minister of Defense of BiH, LT General Miladin Milojcic, Chief of Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and many other distinguished guests.
The successfully conducted “Combined Endeavor 09” exercises demonstrated the close cooperation between the Armed Forces of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the United States and forty NATO, Partnership for Peace, and strategic partner countries.
