Deputy Chief of Mission Jonathan Moore and students engage in an open discussion at the American Corner in Banja Luka

On October 27, 2009, the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) of the U.S. Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jonathan Moore, spoke at the American Corner in Banja Luka in an event entitled “Open Discussion with the DCM”. During an interesting and lively discussion, students and other citizens of Banja Luka had an opportunity to learn about the work of the U.S. Embassy in BiH. After a brief introduction by DCM Moore, the audience shaped this frank and pleasant exchange with their questions and comments. DCM Moore and the guests shared their views on the U.S. engagement in BiH, the BiH political situation, and the prospects of Euro-Atlantic integration for BiH. Banja Luka Deputy Mayor, Mr. Jasmin Komic, was in the audience and thanked DCM Moore for the assistance that the U.S. Government has provided to citizens Banja Luka through various projects.
