Ambassador McElhaney's Statement on Constitutional Reform

U.S. Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Douglas McElhaney said, "The parties engaged in serious exchanges today and are on the right track.  They had detailed discussions about the office of the president  and the state parliament,  with a frank and serious exchange of ideas.  Talks will continue on Wednesday.  The level of commitment shown by all of the parties engaged in these talks shall lead to to continued progress in a process that is so important to the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina."
